Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you will support our team in driving operational excellence and ensuring smooth processes across our key revenue functions. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic start-up environment while contributing directly to our mission of empowering creators.
Support Account Managers: Assist in daily tasks such as managing client relationships and handling creator-specific requests.
Assist with Top Creator Accounts: Work closely with the management team to support our international top creators.
Prepare Sales Documents: Help prepare and follow up on sales materials while maintaining and updating customer data in our systems.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Participate in Client Meetings: Join client meetings and calls, take detailed notes, and manage follow-up actions, including appointment coordination.
Maintain and Optimize Processes: Implement and refine operational processes to ensure efficient day-to-day operations across all revenue-related activities.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools (e.g., Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (German is a plus).
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A strong interest in the creator economy, digital media, or SaaS.
Bonus: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) or familiarity with sales and customer success workflows.
