Responsibilities
As Go-To-Market Lead, you will take ownership of Fanblast’s growth strategy, aligning marketing, sales, and creator success to drive revenue and build meaningful, long-term relationships with creators. You love working in a “player-coach” capacity. You’ll first create the playbook, hustle to prove it out, and ensure it’s repeatable and scalable before you begin to hire and build out your team.
Sales: Coordinate, manage, and maintain the entire creator pipeline—from first contact to achieving their first €1 in revenue.
Creator Success: Systematically develop processes that empower creators to succeed and maximize their revenue potential.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the product team to integrate customer feedback and challenges into product development.
KPI Ownership: Define and achieve ambitious growth KPIs in close collaboration with management, continuously optimizing strategies for success.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, enduring relationships with top creators, acting as their primary advocate within Fanblast.
Marketing: Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy, incorporating organic content, paid campaigns, partnerships, and events to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team in a "player-coach" role.
Creator Management: Demonstrated experience in engaging and supporting creators or influencers, with an understanding of their unique needs and goals.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment and outcomes across departments.
Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with a focus on growth KPIs and a proven ability to adapt strategies based on data.
Startup Experience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Bonus: Familiarity with WhatsApp/SMS marketing or creator economy is a strong plus.
